The Purchaser(s) shall have the choice of colours and materials, where applicable, from the Vendor’s standard samples, if not already ordered and/or installed. The Vendor agrees to include the following items in the Purchase Price:

- All exterior colour packages are architecturally controlled.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

GENERAL NOTES
- The Tarion Warranty Corporation covers all new homes for the following: (paid by purchaser as an adjustment on closing).
- 7-year major structural.
- 2-year warranty on electrical, plumbing, heating, distribution systems, all exterior cladding, windows, doors and caulking.
- 1-year builder’s comprehensive warranty.
- The number of steps at the front and in the garage may vary from that shown and are subject to grade.
- The decorated model home does contain items not included in the base price. These may include but may not be limited to lighting, wall treatments, upgrades and landscaping.
- Ceilings, walls and bulkheads may be modified to accommodate heating and ventilating requirements.
- Variations in uniformity and colour from vendors samples may occur and can be expected in finished materials.
- Purchaser to select from Vendor’s samples, unless already ordered or installed.
- Builder location survey paid by the vendor.
- In an effort to continuously improve our product, the vendor reserves the right to alter any floor plans, exteriors, specifications and prices without notice.
- All renderings, floor plans and maps in brochures and sale displays are artist’s concept and are not necessarily to scale; dimensions are approximate and may vary from finished product.
- The purchaser acknowledges that the hot water tank is on a rental basis and agrees to execute the rental agreement at the time of final occupancy.
