We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that so far we are very pleased with the building developments for Lot # 37 at The Meadows of Aberfoyle. We really have to commend Ken Enerver, Kim Nash and your on-site staff for their great customer service and patience in accommodating us during this process. They continually provide updates as well as answering any questions that arise during our building process and have made this new custom home build proceed very well. They have made what is usually a very stressful time for a new home buyer into a very cooperative transition for us. This is the 3rd new home we have purchased in our lives (Including Mattamy) and your staff has exceeded all of our expectations regarding co-operation and customer service. We know that we have not concluded all finishing’s as yet however we are confident that all will work out to meet our expectations.

We certainly look forward to our closing date and the new home that was promised to us.

THE MEADOWS OF ABERFOYLE !!! We found it!!! We wake up each morning and pinch ourselves. Our son in law toured and said it was a Must See! He was so right. We came out and we have never looked back. We can't imagine missing out on Aberfoyle. We have horses outside our balconies and spot cranes walking through the reeds and grasses. Fresh air and a beautiful home. What more could we ask for? We love it and yes we are thrilled to tell others about our piece of heaven. Friends come and are so generous in their exclamations of Wow!!!
